At Sugar Rush, we strive to provide prompt and reliable delivery services to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our delivery policy below for more information:


Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery time frame is 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.


Shipping Methods: We offer Next Day Delivery. 

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, the same day for orders placed by 12pm or the day prior to the date you have selected during checkout.


Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the estimated delivery charges during the checkout process before confirming your order.

For orders over £35.00 we offer free delivery.


Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.


Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package. If no one is available, a delivery attempt will be made, and the courier may leave a notification or attempt delivery on the next business day.


International Shipping: Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is accurate and complete

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping and currently can deliver to UK only (Royal Mail destinations)

What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?

If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notification, and you may be able to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package from a designated location, depending on the courier's policy.
